Therapy That Feels Grounded, Supportive, and Human
Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable - especially when you are used to managing things on your own.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent a long time pushing through stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or difficult life experiences without allowing themselves much space for support. From the outside, they may appear to be functioning well while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or stuck in survival mode.
I believe therapy should provide a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and feel understood without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.”
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and supported as we work through the challenges bringing them to therapy.
